WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMELINE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

For all domestic orders:
The fulfilment time: 5-7 working days from the date of placing the order.
We usually ship the order in 2-3 days.

*if in the event there is a spike in the number of orders for a
particular product, it could take up to 10-12 working days.
 

WHAT DO WORKING DAYS MEAN?

Working days here refer to Monday to Friday. It does not count
weekends and public holidays in the respective countries.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER I PLACED?

Please email us at care@amayaluxe.com with your order number
and the reason you would like to cancel it. This has to be done within
24 hours of placing the order. however, in the case of customized
products, the company will not entertain any cancellation, exchange,
or refund requests.

CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER I HAD PLACED FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT?

Yes, You can. please email us at care@amayaluxe.com with your
order number and all details regarding the product you would like.
Please do the same within 2 hours as your order might get shipped out.

We support all major credit and debit cards around the world.
you can pay online using any of the below-given platforms for our
india customers: Phonepe (upis, net banking,
wallets, and other modes)

and we will provide you with our bank account details for online transfer.
