We offer free and hassle free returns and exchange with no questions asked. You have 2 days from the date of delivery to reach to us over email at care@amayaluxe.com with your order id. Kindly proceed to send the product back at our warehouse address mentioned below. We will not be able to assist you with any information regarding returns or exchange on Instagram DM or contact number apart from the one mentioned on this page.

Please note:
- We cannot arrange a return pickup for you unless you have received a damaged or wrong product. Products purchased during any sale is non-refundable. You can only exchange it with some other product or ask for a coupon code of the same value you have paid.
- The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.
- For exchange we shall provide you with a unique code once we receive the order back at our warehouse. We shall only provide the value paid for the product returned and not any shipping if applicable. This process can take up to 20 working days upon receiving your order back at our warehouse.
- Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- Payments made with cod option will receive a coupon code worth the same amount as your product value which you can use within 30 days of issuance. NO REFUND ON COD ORDERS.
- Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to refund your money or help you with exchange.
- WE CANNOT HELP YOU ON INSTAGRAM DM OR FACEBOOK MESSAGE for all order related queries. kindly Whatsapp (only chat) us or email us with your query.
- We request you to keep all your communication with us either on email, or on WhatsApp for all your order related queries.
- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Made-To-Order products and are not eligible for any returns.
- If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than www.amayaluxe.com, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.

Return requests for products underlying the following conditions would be considered by the company -
- The delivered product isn’t identical to the originally selected/ purchased product.
- The received product has defects.
- The received product is damaged.
- Malfunctioning hardware utilities in the product (Zippers, pullers, etc.).
The products under such conditions will be approved by the company against a refund to the customer or fulfillment as required by them. To claim a refund/replacement, please ensure a video while opening the package is captured and shared with us as a proof.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
We have well-regulated management for our Manufacturing Facility and Logistics team. However, occasional slip-ups may occur due to the high volume of orders.
- Return requests should be placed within 48 hours of receiving the product. The beginning of the time frame counts from the date of delivery as confirmed by our logistical team through the delivery status updated by our courier partners. Once placed, no orders will be canceled.

Two images, one showing the defective area of the product and the other of the whole product, would be required by the company as proof of defectivity. The images are to be sent to our customer care portal care@amayaluxe.com

- You will be notified regarding your Return Request Status within 48 hours of receiving the request mail. Reverse pick-up will be initiated after the request has been accepted. It generally takes about 48 hours to organize a pickup and 2-3 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Our quality assurance team will then inspect the item and you will receive a fresh piece within 2-3 days.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CUSTOMERS:
We expect the customer to abide by the following rules while filing for a return:
- The product should be enclosed within the original packing and should include all the shipment and customer documentation such as barcodes, tags, accessories(if present), warranty cards, manuals, shipping labels (attached to the packet), invoices, and any other item present with the product.
- The product should not have any signs of use and should be in its original condition.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We usually ship all our orders within 2-3 days upon receiving the order. You can contact us to cancel the order till the time it is not dispatched. Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email on your registered email ID along with the tracking details. amayaluxe.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
